| I personally dont have an issue with vista, I just have yet to see any practical advantages over it. It uses more system resources, is less responsive, and overall navigation of the OS is slightly changed. The whole peripheral/driver/software compatability cries are all BS. Some XP drivers do work on vista, and if your stuff is really that old...then get new stuff.
Anyway...I like my XP Pro, especially with nLite where I can cut out features and reduce the size and improve responsiveness of the OS. Flag this | Edit this post |

| I dont recall saying that one X1950XTX would not fit. Two will obviouslt not fit. The 8800 cards will also not fit. But getting one X1950XTX is fine for all resolutions. TV tuners and wireless cards are available in the PCIe format.
Actually, the 450 watter will be around for a long time. An 8800GTX and a Core 2 quadro CPU only consume 300W on load. Flag this | Edit this post |

| You're not seeing the big picture. The thing is, this SFF is an HTPC, is a gaming rig, and is whatever you want it to be. This will easily suppot dual X1900GT and dual 7950GT (fastest single slot cards)with a quad core CPU with ease. Shuttle's PSUs are the highest quality for an SFF.
Thanks for the support doomtrooper. Flag this | Edit this post |
