I only had minor problems so far, including the RMN40 error. Easy enough to google it and find out that I needed SP3 though. The game seems to run fine.

My main complaint would be that it takes forever to install and that you need two different accounts to play multiplayer. I don't leave Rockstar Social Club running all the time though because it's pretty useless otherwise.

Oh and what's the big deal with the DRM here? As far as I know there isn't an install limit and you don't need to be online to play. You only need to be online during the installation so it can authenticate. Seems pretty fair to me.

8800 GTS 640 here as well. I've never really thought about it like that before but I agree, seeing your GPU listed on the box isn't a good sign.
